SPONSORSHIP 

While sport continues to be the dominant area for sponsorship activity, the value of sponsorship as part of the marketing mix today sees its use across a broad spectrum of activity.

WHPR has devised and implemented sponsorship activities in a wide diversity of areas including sport, the arts, education, the environment, healthcare, entertainment and the media.

While much of the sponsorship activity has been at national level, the consultancy has also devised sponsorships to work at local and community level.

WHPR also has extensive experience of taking global sponsorship programmes being undertaken by clients and localising them for the Irish marketplace.

The consultancy believes that sponsorship is at its most effective when it works as part of an integrated programme bringing together all the elements of the marketing mix to focus on the sponsorship.  WHPR has extensive experience of both devising and managing integrated campaigns.
